2010 and 2011 promotions
Tea workshops creation to train the 2nd year Bachelor Restaurant Manageurs to elaborate a tea menu, to prepare it, serve it and advice it.
A focus is done particularly on the "tea sommellerie". Close collaboration is established with the 2nd year Bachelor Chef Restaurauteurs to build a brunch menu from a selection of 8 tea varieties.
The study project is concluded with the organisation of a T Brunch in the school restaurant opened to the public.
