This “toasted woody” duo includes 50g of Black Shangri la and a 45g Plaq Hazelnut Praline Barre. This bar coated with Kamili 76% dark chocolate (Tanzania) reveals a hazelnut praline made from hazelnuts from Piedmont (Italy). The tea with warm woody, fruity compote notes, with very present but supple tannins, comes to accompany the fondant of the slightly sweet hazelnut praline with toasted notes and the intense chocolate crunch of the coating of the Bar.
Their meeting creates a unique accord with a warm, toasted woody afterglow.
