To celebrate the Year of the Wooden Dragon, I am pleased to offer you in limited quantities this vintage white tea nicknamed by Vietnamese producers đuôi rồng or dragon tail evoked by these scales of young tea bud, and in homage to Vietnam, the Land of the Dragon.
It is harvested in the mountains of Ha Giang Province located in the north of Vietnam from wild tea plants, Camellia taliensis .
Its liquor has a slight tint reminiscent of floral water, and on the palate its texture is light, delicate with refreshing vegetal and zesty notes. It can be left to infuse for a long time, it will never become bitter.

Acheté en monodose (super idée pour découvrir de sublimes thés sans se ruiner!), dégusté en gaiwan, en respectant bien sûr les indications du paquet. Resultat : excellent, tres parfumé et fruité, sur des notes de litchi et rose . Quatre infusions de suite ....Certains devraient en prendre de la graine ! C'est une découverte qui mérite le détour !!!!! Un des meilleurs thés qui existent tout simplement !!!!!!!
Un excellent queue de dragon, l'un des plus aromatiques que j'ai goûté, et ce tout en finesse et délicatesse.
