At the crossroads of tea art and ceramics, this bowl was born from my encounter with Sara Baudry, a ceramist and neighbor of our workshop. Its cylindrical shape is inspired by traditional Japanese bowls called chawan of the raku style. The pouring spout allows for serving concentrated matcha in the preparation of matcha lattes or sharing traditional matcha with water, while its deep black color highlights the tender green of the foam.
Each handmade ceramic piece is unique. Shades may therefore vary from one piece to another.
