From my last trip to Ireland, I brought back the idea for the unique recipe for Irish T.

This creation is inspired by the famous Redbreast 15 year old whiskey, combining gourmet woody, fruity, stewed and vanilla notes resulting from the subtle marriage of Ceylon tea, whiskey barrel shavings and Bourbon vanilla pods. All without alcohol!

To be enjoyed for Saint Patrick's Day with or without a cloud of milk ;-)
