The Famished Saucer, with its irregular contours and delicately imperfect shape, is one of the iconic pieces from the Tsé Tsé collection. Made in France, it is hand-cast using a traditional method that gives it a unique personality. The slight variations that characterize it attest to its authenticity and distinctive character. The carefully applied glaze gives it a soft, luminous whiteness, making it an object that is both elegant and functional. It naturally accompanies simple everyday moments, whether used as a saucer for the Thirsty Cups or as a small plate for a sweet treat with your tea.
Practical and sturdy, this saucer is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Tsé & Tsé Paris
Tsé & Tsé Associées is a French design house that, since its launch in 1991, remains one of the few independent design companies. It was founded by two Parisian designers, Sigolène Prébois and Catherine Lévy. Prototypes are created in their workshop in the Bastille district of Paris, where some pieces are adapted to specific client requests. Each object requires the search for high-quality manufacturers. The choice of fine materials prioritizes artisanal expertise, quality, and the longevity of the objects. As a result, lamps, tableware, and furniture are produced in small series, sometimes individually, and rarely exceeding 1,000 pieces per year. No two pieces are exactly alike; these differences are the hallmark of the originality of Tsé & Tsé products.
The two designers initially conceived these objects for themselves, to live with in their home, as an everyday luxury.
For a long time, several Tsé & Tsé objects have been acquired by institutions such as the Georges Pompidou Museum of Modern Art and the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. More recently, the official tourism agency Atout France paid them a glowing tribute in an article dedicated to "Design Made in France".
