Thé du Mont Phoenix

From its Chinese name Feng Huang Dan Cong which literally means old tree of the Phoenix Mountains, this tea, harvested in spring, comes from a small producer cultivating his tea at 1100m altitude in the foothills of the Feng Huang Shan in Guangdong Province. It has a rich taste of exotic fruits and roasted seeds with a slight bitterness.
