Thé du Mont Phoenix Yin Hua Xiang

Cyan tea (or wulong), China

Coming from a garden located at 700m altitude in the heart of the Phoenix Mountains of Guangdong Province as the Tea from Mount Phoenix, it comes from one of the many cultivars characterizing this appellation: Yin Hua Xiang, carefully produced and worked by the Wen family. Xiang means perfume or smell and Yin Hua corresponds to honeysuckle. It is one of these great vintages of small producers, handcrafted and blossoming with sweet, milky and flowery notes of white flowers with a beautiful persistence. It is a tea to be kept for a long time and can be revived by lightly roasting it over the years.
