For several years now, I have been smoking my own tea using traditional methods. Some of you may already be familiar with Smoked T, with its sweet, woody, and smoky notes. I have applied this expertise to black tea. Acapella from Roussillon, whose strong tannic structure generously welcomes intense beechwood smoking. It will be smokier than the Smoked T. Thus was born the very first French smoked tea, a subtle alliance of leaves, embers and the pioneering spirit of French tea producers.
