Xmas Chai

My Christmas tea is inspired by traditional masala chai, the Indian tea enriched with spices from Ayurvedic medicine. It blends the warm notes of Assam tea, a mix of ground spices predominantly cinnamon and cardamom with a hint of ginger and cloves, and the tangy note of the famous Japanese citrus fruit, yuzu. Enjoy it all year round: chilled in summer, or warm for the holidays like a Christmas tea!
